You may also rest assured that our fax line is private, and that any information you may send us via fax is also secure. Our voice mail is also private, and any information you leave for us on that system is secure.

Your files are kept secure when they are not active, and access to them is limited to a need to know basis. We are very proud to say that in the over ten years we have been in business, we have not had a single incident in any way relating to our security and privacy practices.

We maintain a mailing list, and we send out e-mails from time to time containing news and updates on what's going on, and what's new. Should you wish to be removed from this list, please simply e-mail us at remove@stefaniesomers.com and we will take your name off our mailing list.
