Our studio is based in The Woodlands, TX, and ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most Ready-to-Wear items – excluding Couture and Custom Colorway orders – ship within 5-7 days. This timeframe may change depending upon the time of year and demand. Please contact us for specific shipping times if you have a close wear date.
2-Day and Overnight orders automatically receive priority handling, and jump ahead of other orders in our queue. If you have a wear date that is closer than 3 weeks we strongly suggest selecting an expedited shipping option, especially as UPS and USPS can sometimes have delays.
Most orders are shipped UPS. Hawaii, Alaska and International orders may ship via USPS or Best Way. Please understand that once your order leaves our studio it is out of our control. While most carriers are efficient at timely delivery, delays do happen, and we are not able to guarantee anything other than our own shipping date.

RETURNS
We hope it doesn’t happen, but sometimes it’s unavoidable that things just don’t work out.
We’re happy to take back something that doesn’t work out as you’d planned (within specified parameters), but we ask that you get it back to us quickly, so read on…
Due to the nature of special occasion, we are only able to accept returns within a limited timeframe. We will accept returns and exchanges of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full store credit if we are notified of your desire to return within 2 days after receipt. Packages must be in the carrier stream within 3 days and must be delivered back to us with 10 business days of your original receipt.
